Review

Wonderfully written, fantastic book for anyone from the aspiring vet, to someone (like myself) who simply has a fascination with birds and how they function. As a bird owner, and one who wants to go into Ornithology, this book is invaluable in all the medical and scientific aspects. It really is written for the professional, but in a style easy enough to be picked up by most. Aside from the surgery and medical applications, there are other sections of valuable information such as behaviors and personality, and how to work around things. I give this an absolutely must-have recommendation to anyone who simply wants to learn more (a LOT more).
